I'm Katerina, and I’ve been a personal trainer for over 13 years. My journey with strength training transformed not just my body, but my confidence and mindset. I realised life’s too short not to do what you truly love. For me, that’s helping people feel stronger, healthier and more free — by working on both their body and mind.

For years, I struggled with body image, self-doubt, and unhealthy habits. I chased diets, battled imposter syndrome, and felt unworthy of success.

Through strength training, I rebuilt my confidence, developed a healthier relationship with my body, and learned to push past self-limiting beliefs. Now, I help women do the same—building muscle, strength, and confidence to thrive in every aspect of life.

Through my method, I help people build muscle, break patterns, and believe in their own strength. My approach is simple, effective and designed to make personal training sustainable, convenient and inclusive for everyone.

I create fully customised workout sessions tailored to your body’s needs, while also supporting you with the mindset shifts that are often the missing link — whether that’s around weight loss, consistency, confidence, physical limitations or sticking to a plan.

I typically work with clients for a minimum of 3 months, giving us time to create real transformation, both physically and mentally. I welcome people of all backgrounds, abilities and fitness levels. I’ve seen and heard it all — there’s never any judgement here, just support and genuine care.

A few years ago, I had knee surgery for a rare condition—one that most people (and even some professionals) had never heard of. Recovery wasn’t straightforward. It came with setbacks, frustration, and ultimately, chronic pain.

But through that journey, I learned something powerful: you can still get stronger, even when your body feels like it’s working against you.

Injuries and setbacks have taught me a deeper kind of strength—the kind that comes from listening to your body, adapting with intention, and choosing to keep showing up.

My own experiences have shaped the way I coach. I don’t believe in “pushing through” pain or punishing workouts. I believe in building strength that supports your life.
