I'm Katerina, and I’ve been a personal trainer for over 13 years. My journey with strength training transformed not just my body, but my confidence and mindset.
For years, I struggled with body image, self-doubt, and unhealthy habits. I chased diets, battled imposter syndrome, and felt unworthy of success.
Through strength training, I rebuilt my confidence, developed a healthier relationship with my body, and learned to push past self-limiting beliefs. Now, I help women do the same—building muscle, strength, and confidence to thrive in every aspect of life.


A few years ago, I had knee surgery for a rare condition—one that most people (and even some professionals) had never heard of. Recovery wasn’t straightforward. It came with setbacks, frustration, and ultimately, chronic pain that I still live with today.
But through that journey, I learned something powerful: you can still get stronger, even when your body feels like it’s working against you.
I've also dealt with a couple of a shoulder injuries, and I’ll be honest, it’s tough. But it’s also taught me a deeper kind of strength—the kind that comes from listening to your body, adapting with intention, and choosing to keep showing up.
My own experiences have shaped the way I coach. I don’t believe in “pushing through” pain or punishing workouts. I believe in building strength that supports your life. Whether you're managing an injury, starting from scratch, or just want to feel like yourself again—I’ll meet you where you're at and help you move forward, safely and confidently.

My mission is to help women build strength, confidence, and resilience—both in and out of the gym, and deep within themselves.
Through strength training, personalised mindset coaching, and emotional healing, I empower women to take control of their health, feel strong and connected in their bodies, and break free from self-limiting beliefs and patterns.
